Through this calibration service, we can determine whether the electronic valve/actuator is functioning, not functioning, or blocked, as each turbo requires an individual and specific calibration. Our quality of work on turbos stands out for its balanced precision. We have machinery specifically designed to balance the turbine shaft and turbo cartridge. At J. Guerra Turbo Shop, we specialize in turbo repair, and we prioritize disassembling the turbos to analyze the possible causes of turbo failure. According to experts, over 90% of turbo failures are due to issues external to the turbo itself. Therefore, the key is to identify the primary cause before replacing the turbo. The most common causes are often oil leaks or improper valve functioning.

For the cleaning process of turbos and other parts, we use specialized Sand Blasting and Vapor Blasting machinery. This involves removing contaminants and recycling abrasive media while collecting dust. This work is considered essential to achieve quality cleaning by removing rusted material from the turbo and its parts.

We use Vapor Blasting technique to eliminate grease and oil residues on turbos that have already undergone the Sand Blasting process. The highlight is that this process is dust-free, degreasing, and cleaning all at once. This technique allows us to precisely expel undesirable layers from the turbo's surface, providing a high-quality finish.
